seeking enthusiastic individuals who are ready to embark on a
meaningful journey in one of the fastest growing fields in
healthcare. Our Director of Revenue Cycle Management plays a
critical role in our company and we need an individual that is tech
savvy, highly organized, detail oriented, has 7+ years experience
in finance and/or operations and 5+ years in an RCM leadership role
within a healthcare system.Availability: Full TimeLocation: El
Segundo, CAPay Rate Range: $115,000 - $135,000How will you help
create a World Without Limits:Research and implement new directives
for company growthOversee performance metrics and monitor
effectiveness of overall operations of RCM and BillingManage
company specific KPIs and oversee productivity of team members in
RCM and Billing departmentInfluence all revenue cycle processes
with focus on improving billing timelines and receivables and
reducing bad debt expense. This includes developing, revising, and
enforcing policies, goals, and best practices to effectively manage
the company receivables.Ensure that departments, functions, and
teams are operating in compliance with payor requirements and
patient expectations, as well as the company's policies and
proceduresEngage in cross-functional and interdepartmental teams
involving process improvement initiatives and projects for the
organizationRespond effectively to management's request for
specific and/or special revenue cycle projectsCoordinate timely
month-end close process and financial reporting related to revenue
cycle process and information technologyAssist the CFO in
implementing strategic growth plans with a focus on uncaptured
revenueOversee the operations of the billing team, encompassing
charge entry, claims submissions, accounts receivable follow-up,
and reimbursement managementDesign reporting to assure accurate and
complete data analysisOther duties as assignedQualifications and
Skills:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting/Finance,
Operations, or Healthcare Administration7+ years of experience in
finance and/or operations with 5+ years in an RCM leadership role
within a healthcare systemTech savvy with experience with EHR/PM
systemsExpert in charge posting, claim processing, and payment
collectionsExperience in leading teams that are made up of multiple
positionsAbility to collect and analyze data and
metricsHighly-organized with excellent communication skills and
attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication
skillsProvide negative TB test resultsAbility to clear FBI & DOJ
fingerprintingProduce valid driver's license and auto insuranceWhy
