As the Post Market Quality Senior Manager, you will be leading a team for next generation Continuous Glucose Monitoring Solutions for helping people living with diabetes. The Diabetes Operating Unit - focuses on improving the lives of those within the global diabetes community. In this exciting role you will be u nderstanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes . Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes. - You will report to our IT Director Business Systems Delivery and will play a key technical leadership role for the team. You will guide the successful completion of major programs and projects whose end products will impact patients around the world. - We look for leaders who have a clear vision of where we are going and how to get there, bold inclusive thinkers who create new ideas and bring our best solutions forward to benefit our patients, business partners, and customers. - A Day in the Life Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for solutions delivered for the Post Market Quality functions - SAP CRM, SAP ECC, , Smartsolve, and any other affiliated systems from inception to delivery, including guiding and supporting analysis, evaluating technical design, determining cross-functional impact and seamless implementation
  • Consult with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate current business processes and identify complex business problems and needs turning those needs into system requirements
  • Provide leadership for those involved in the development, design, and optimization of one or more information technology and systems functions supporting company business processes and technical information systems platforms
  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analysis, selection and modification of enterprise systems, application software, installation of network hardware/software and database management
  • Provide direction for the effort required to protect the company's data, tools, and information systems
  • Ensure infrastructure architecture standards maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility
  • Coordinate delivery of services to user groups and ensures IT service is uninterrupted
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
    Must Have: Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelors degree required
    • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience
      Nice to Have
      • Experience in Medical Device, Life sciences or other regulated Industry
      • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to address business needs by leading a team of analysts to deliver robust IT solutions.
      • Thorough understanding of system validation process and 21 CFR Part 11 and 820 requirements
      • Partner with cross functional stakeholders and IT leaders to deliver robust system solutions with appropriate validation documentation
      • Hands on SAP CRM experience in a technical or functional capacity with increasing responsibility
      • Experience of Smartsolve Complaint Management system
      • Familiarity with SAP CRM
      • Deep Understanding of product complaint handling process from intake, evaluation, investigation, and reporting.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to multitask between various people management and IT Project related tasks
      • Experience in Medical Device, Life sciences or other regulated Industry
