Senior Program Manager of Student Life, MBA Student AffairsUniversity of California Los AngelesRequisition Number: 38235Salary: $4,317 - $9,067 monthlyPosition Description:With broad direction from the Assistant Dean for MBA Student Affairs and the Senior Director of Student Life, the Senior Program Manager of Student Life, MBA Student Affairs is responsible for the management and oversight of student extracurricular and academic activities for over 700 full-time MBA students in support of the mission of the Full-Time MBA program. The Senior Program Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and evaluating student activities to assure compliance with University policies, procedures, and standards. The Senior Program Manager represents MBA Student Affairs to the administration and external community, and makes key decisions if the Assistant Dean is unavailable. Major responsibilities include: 1) serving as an administrative liaison to student clubs and student government; 2) assisting with MBA Student Affairs internal and external communications; 3) providing general counseling for all full-time MBA students; 4) assisting in the management of key MBA Student Affairs events, including orientations, workshops, and end-of-year activities; and 5) managing external student programs including corporate case competitions.
