US - Regional Area Manager West Coast (CA, Remote)

• Manage and optimize operations for six large accounts in the West including: California, Arizona, Reno and other locations within the territory
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the accounts' operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and efficiency across all accounts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze data and metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

  • 8 years of Account Management experience
  • Understanding of staffing, manufacturing, and warehouse environments
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, however, will consider appropriate experience
  • Ability to travel for the role (50%)
  • Client relationship building skills
  • Experience in staffing, manufacturing, and account management preferred.
  • Ability to manage strategic planning, as well as be hands on and work from operational space as well.
  • Strong metrics capabilities and analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to be transparent, consultative, and with integrity.
  • Great problem-solving skills and ability to recognize the needs proactively to avoid problems, or skills to put effective countermeasures in place to not disrupt efficiencies or process/deliverables.
  • Ability to operate independently and as a team. Will lead a remote team and be the main point of contact with large strategic accounts.
