The Associate Brand Manager we seekwill be responsible for supporting the development & planning of new productand strategic marketing initiatives to increase the value and performance ofthe SexyHair brand. They are eager to demonstrate the importance of positioningand how to clearly articulate positioning through multiple mediums andchannels. They are responsible for gathering & understanding marketinsights, helping create strategic brand plans and managing product portfolio analyticsto support sustainable, profitable growth for SexyHair. YOUR ROLEMarket Analysis & Research:Gain understanding of current and future market trends & dynamicsIdentify market/channel opportunities where there are unmet needsBrand Plan Development:Support the development of brand plans (by subline)that demonstrates sustainable, profitable growth and achieves companygoals/targetsPortfolio Management:Program management: manage day-to-day logistics of brand programs; own timeline management, program analysis and budgetAnalyze historical sales data and customer insights to determine a successful product portfolioInnovation: create, develop, and manage execution of new productsPublic RelationsManaging day-to-day communication with third party public relation agencySupport creation of yearly public relations calendar and initiatives YOUR SKILLS 2+ years of marketing/product development experience, beauty industry preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing Self-motivating with an elevated level of passion and assertiveness Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Demonstrates leadership and collaboration skills The ability to problem solve and think strategically/analytically Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office & PowerPoint Passion for the beauty/fashion industry The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00. This isthe range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages forthis position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range andthis range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California.
