Job Description:

VACO Los Angeles is working with a fantiastic client who is looking for an Accounts Payable Manger to join the team and be a leader. Primarily assisting and managing all facets of accounts payable, inclusive of general ledger accounts, and business transactions of the organization. This position will be FULLY REMOTEThe salary range listed for this position will be:110k-120k (CA)Responsibilities

• Leading a team of about 7 individuals
• 3 way processing
• processing approx. 400 - 600 checks per week along with 5 to 10 Wire/ACH transactions per day
• GL does all of the JEs
• Accruals in conjunction with the GL team
• Any other duties that are asked of you Experience
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable and general accounting procedures such as 3 way match/POs
  • Experience with Concur or JD Edwards
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Vendor maintenance experience and master vendor governance
