Living The Dream is looking to bring on a talented Marketing and Social Media Manager to spearhead the company's social media presence.The ideal candidate will be a creative who can manage the day-to-day social media needs of a Luxury Private Villa Rental and Concierge Firm. This individual will have strong brand marketing experience. This candidate will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms. Responsibilities include creating social media content, posting on social media platforms, supporting and showcasing the vision of Living The Dream. Additionally this individual will be able to optimize geographic growth initiatives and scale marketing operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily social media posting across all public platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Tik-Tok, etc.)
• Being organized and having the ability to navigate different functions of social media platforms
• Using social media marketing plans to drive traction to Living The Dream
• Managing marketing strategy and social media projects to ensure execution of high quality deliverables
• 
  Qualifications:
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Tik-Tok, YouTube etc.)
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications, Canva, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Luxury real estate experience desired
