  • Effective collaboration with several cross functional partners (R&D, creative, operations, education, packaging, legal, regulatory/ toxicology, sales/ key account, and integrative marketing) to help keep projects on time
  • Helps usher projects through the product development process, including managing projects using product development software (Hint)
  • Helps move projects through the creative process, including assisting in briefs, working with designers, leading projects in basecamp, organizing deadlines, uploading final artwork to vendors
  • Assists with packaging briefs, packaging testing, reviewing comps and color matching
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining of an organized product library including all lab samples, standards, packaging submissions and vendor comps
  • Assist with new vendor paperwork and forms, IDH/ SKU assignments
  • Manage product feedback process - sending test product out, collecting feedback, creating testing reports and helps assist with recommendations for redirects/ approvals
  • Participates and helps manage in weekly in-person product testing
  • Responsible for staying abreast of the competitive market by researching beauty trends, comp shopping and purchasing/present compelling competitive products
  • Utilizes trend forecasting and market research databases/ tools
  • Supports team in coordinating product samples for photoshoots, retailers, and marketing needs
  • Manages brand's product storage room
  • Manages multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency and accuracy
  • General office space "neighborhood" maintenance
  • Organizes and coordinates special projects and meetings
  • Helps with miscellaneous administrative tasks


    • Must be highly detail-oriented, proactive, strong follow through and ability to multi-task
    • Must be flexible and determined; possessing the ability to handle a multitude of projects
    • Helps others succeed - a true team player
    • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to convince & influence
    • Ideal candidate has beauty experience and/or passion and excitement for the beauty category
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 0-2+ years' experience in office management, product development, brand marketing, or innovation roles
    • Beauty experience preferred
      The salary for this role is $65,000.00 - $70,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
