This Commercial Property Manager Position Features: --- 401K with company match --- Fully Paid Medical Benefits --- Great Pay to $95K plus 10-15% Annual Bonus Immediate need for a Junior Level Commercial Property Manager looking for their next long-term position. This role will be responsible for the management of one high rise office building. In this position, you will be assisted by an onsite Engineering, Janitorial, and Security team in the daily operations of the building. Duties will include but are not limited to: ---Interact daily with tenants dispatching work orders, requesting status updates on rental payments and other ad hoc needs ---Contributing to yearly budget creation, CAM Reconciliations and monthly variance reporting ---Creation of lease abstracts ---Construction walks for tenant build outs ---Collecting vendor bids for monthly services and CAP X expenses ---Reporting to and collaborating with the Senior Portfolio Manager on a regular basis ---Coding and submitting invoices to Accounts Payable for processing ---Other duties as assigned This is a great opportunity for a Jr level Property Manager or an advanced Assistant Property Manager with a company that values its workers and offers great perks including fully paid medical coverage, a 10-15% annual bonus, and emphasis on a work/life balance with two weeks of PTO, and early dismissals on holiday weekends or for birthday get-togethers.
