  • A thought leader: bring new and impactful ideas, technologies, and agencies to continually and strategically drive Kenra Professional as a marketing & digital leader in professional hair, in partnership with the Product Development (PD) team
  • A storyteller: Create and execute yearly campaigns to support innovation and legacy SKUs, in alignment with PD, Sales & Key Account strategies and goals. Strong multi-discipline abilities are required including print, ecomm/web, social, PR, influencers, leveraging all holistically for high ROI/ROAS
  • A social expert: Plan and create, via both on trend branded and UGC, daily / weekly content supporting all channels: TT, IG, FB, YT, Pinterest, customer websites e.g. Ulta, Amazon content
  • An analytical mindset with a creative vision: Research digital & industry trends, leveraging market knowledge into actionable strategies for appealing and modern content creation (video, tutorials, flat lays, web/email)
  • This role will have responsibility for the Integrated Marketing, Social, and in house content creation team (expected 3-4 direct reports with 9 total FTE)


    • In your application please provide links to the following: A past or current TT, IG, FB, and YT channel that you manage.
    • A portfolio or link to branded content campaigns you have steered the creation of.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital transformation, business, or relevant marketing experience. Masters or MBA preferred
    • 6-8 years marketing experience, with 4+ years of successful people management across multiple marketing disciplines
    • All brand or agency side marketing experiences encouraged to apply, regardless of industry. Beauty is preferred, but not mandatory
    • Experience in managing DEI to be a strength across campaigns, ensuring content is relevant and targeted based on specific products usage
    • Strong intrapersonal skills, able to successfully navigate myriad agencies, influencers, and internal team agendas
    • Entrepreneurial mindset for marketing, balanced with the resilience required to work in a large corporation with specific protocols and procedures
      The salary for this role is $125,000.00 - $140,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
