YOUR ROLE

• Help to create overall strategy for SKP color, along with Senior Director, VP & GM and execute with team of 3 (including 2 direct reports)
• Develop best in class go to market plans for all SKP Color, ensuring that you are adapting for US market.
• Manage the execution of all new color product launches (i.e. timing, budget, communication support, monitoring sell-through)
• Support global team with insights from the US, including innovation opportunities --- Lead Trade Media planning and oversee execution.
• Oversee claims table review process, artwork & marketing material review process to ensure all components are compliant for the US market.
• Help lead ideation of tentpoles and ensure execution of activation.
• Oversee execution of promotions.
• Oversee execution of inventory phase out and portfolio management
• Help to develop new and innovative launch strategies.
• Stay connected to the industry with field visits, trade show attendance, etc.
• Analyzing sales data (excel) and creating recommendations on products, customers & market needs.
• Understand / bring key insights from current and future market trends and dynamics.
• Collaborate and lead cross functional teams (Key account managers, sales, R&D, supply chain, education teams)
• Ensure team is managing the day-to-day project timelines & logistics.
• Forecasting, budget management for all color brands
  
  YOUR SKILLS
  
  
  • Bachelor's Degree / master's degree Preferred.
  • 2-4 years' experience in product development, brand or trade marketing
  • Professional beauty salon industry experience not required but highly attractive.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to convince & influence.
  • High level of passion, initiative, and assertiveness
  • Helps other succeed - a true team player.
  • Demonstrated collaborative approach to strategic issues.
  • Passion for the beauty/fashion industry
  • Professional understanding of sub-disciplines such as e-comm, digital, events, and PR
    The salary for this role is $90,000.00 - $122,500.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
