are seeking Senior Vice Presidents , Vice Presidents , and
Assistant Vice Presidents to join our Healthcare Consulting team
across the United States. This is a unique opportunity to be
involved in a dynamic practice build for entrepreneurial, highly
driven individuals with a passion for solving healthcare industry
challenges. The roles will require using industry knowledge,
management consulting rigor, as well as operational process and
financial performance expertise, to deliver data and
analytics-driven results for our clients. The ideal candidates for
this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of consulting
and client service but also be flexible and a strategic thinker,
able to lead and deliver on a variety of client matters. The most
successful consultants and experts in our organization care and
have a strong desire to continuously learn and apply forward their
project experiences to new matters. They constantly apply strong
executive, technology, analytical, and communication skills to
produce meaningful deliverables, findings, and expert reports to
support our clients. The Team and Job Summary : The ideal candidate
for this position possesses a minimum of 7 10+ years of work
experience delivering healthcare consulting services from an
expert, advisory and/or operational lens, covering a broad spectrum
of healthcare organizations (i.e., health systems, payers,
physician practices, private equity firms, portfolio companies,
legal, etc.) and situations. A strong background in financial and
operational analysis, business intelligence, deliverables
preparation, and team management are required. Vice President and
Assistant Vice President level roles will be responsible for
helping lead day-to-day project management and client
communications. Senior Vice President roles will also be
responsible for relationship and business development. Job
Responsibilities:
- Building client relationships and acting as a direct contact
with current and prospective clients
- Will help lead complex healthcare consulting engagements
- Interacting with clients, including face-to-face meetings, to
gather data and information pertinent to the engagement
- Managing analyses, including determining appropriate
methodologies and building and reviewing models and dashboards
- Providing insight and expertise on industry targets, market,
and competitor information
- In an expert role, draft expert reports/rebuttals and/or review
and analyze reports of opposing experts Required
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience working within healthcare on
the provider and/or payer side and/or broader professional services
consulting experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the
ability to solve our clients challenges and requests as well as
produce high-quality deliverables and reports
- Strategic project and change management skills
- Strong independent work ethic and team leadership skills and
qualities
- Deep analysis and critical thinking skills leveraging industry
experience
- Able to meet deadlines while being detail oriented
- Open to travel as needed, travel requirements will vary based
on client needs Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing teams, technology, and automation tools to
create efficiency and develop dynamic solutions
- Experience designing and managing quantitative analysis
leveraging relational database programs (e.g., Microsoft SQL
Server, Oracle, etc.)
- Track record of successfully building relationships, leading
engagements, and developing junior staff resources J.S. Held is

this role is $170,000 - $280,000. Any offered salary range is based
on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset,
experience, training, location, scope of role, management
