Manager within the Advisory OCM Practice provides execution and
tactical project coordination, with Director oversight and most
likely will manage Transformation projects in the ERP/CRM space and
team members at the Consultant and Sr. Consultant level while
performing the following endeavors:Definition of strategic vision
and management and measurement of related change journeyPlans to
drive successful adoption of the change within the
organizationQuantitative and qualitative analyses to implement
change modelsDevelopment and execution of strategic training plans
to prepare individuals for success during and after the
changeAssessment of organizational readiness and current state vs.
future state gapsPlay a key role in business development and
expanding Avanade's footprint at existing clientsAbout You:We are
looking for a Change Management Group Manager to actively
participate in providing and managed quality deliverables for our
Enterprise/Fortune 1000 clients:Management of routine workstreams
within the context of a larger project, with keen emphasis on ERP
and CRM TransformationsLead and coach OCM workstream team
membersChange impact assessment, business readiness and change
strategyPartner and leadership assessment, engagement and
alignmentCommunication strategy, key planning and
preparationTraining strategy with planned and focused contentChange
adoption measures and measurement programEngage in collaborative
and constructive client dialogue to evaluate progress against
program objectivesMaintain effective and trusting working client
relationships to facilitate program success and expansionChange
Management work plan generation, implementation and process
managementRequired / Mandatory Qualifications (please
read):Previous relevant management consulting professional services
firm experience, preferably with a global management consultancy
firm.Five+ years of experience in a client facing Change Management
role with digital transformation, technical & functional project
experience and prior experience with ERP/CRM TransformationRelevant
undergraduate degreePreferred Role Qualifications:Relevant graduate
degreeA relevant Advanced Degree or an MBAExpert in the Microsoft
Office product suiteExperience working in cross-functional and
complex, highly matrixed teamsOutstanding communication and
presentation (verbal and written) skillsAbility to be flexible,
demonstrate critical thinking and work effectively in fluid,
complex environmentsCompensation for roles at Avanade varies
depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to
the specific office location, role, skill set and level of

range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California,
Colorado, and Washington as set forth below and information on
