The Senior Manager, Acquisition and Outreach, is responsible for
the day-to-day management of member acquisition and outreach
initiatives, including long-range plans to drive the growth of the
Television Academy membership base. This role will also work
closely with the VP, Membership and Outreach and Senior Director,
Membership and Acquisition, to develop and implement outreach
programs to identify individuals, productions, production
companies, studios, and networks to drive a highly diverse and
inclusive membership.Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, build, and execute member acquisition plans (monthly,
quarterly, and annual) with measurable targets, optimize program
performance and deliver strategic plans to achieve/exceed specific
campaign KPIs.
- Identify and implement A/B tests and tactics, innovating and
continually seeking to drive and improve results on member
acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.
- Create lead generation campaigns, managing from concept to
execution.
- Integrate diversity and inclusion best practices across all
member acquisition and outreach initiatives and collaborate with

Academy programs and departments.
- Support the Senior Director, Membership and Acquisition in the
processing of new, rejoin and network group membership
applications.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all matters relating to
acquisition performance.
- Minimum four years' experience in an acquisition role, B2B or
association background.

and how they impact performance.

Manager, Awards and Membership will manage for a specific set of
Academy peer groups with the day-to-day processing and review of

Awards competition, as well as new membership applications and
ongoing eligibility of membership. You will work collaboratively

Production Manager will support all aspects of the various events
that the department produces. Additionally, this role will be
responsible for producing several smaller events throughout the
year including monthly BOG dinner events, membership mixers, and
various other events. Provides support with the booking process for
FYC events including developing production timelines and working
with clients on layouts. Serves as the primary contact for managing
the booking process for third-party event rentals in the Theatre
and Media Center. The role will manage many aspects of the
pre-planning and pre-production for Academy-wide Activities as well
as Peer Group Activities. These duties include but are not limited
to venue logistics, invitations and email blasts, management of the
RSVP lists, production meeting schedules, coordination and
communication with vendors and processing invoices, and the
reconciliation of event budgets. This role will be expected to

Production Coordinator supports all aspects of the various events
that the department produces and assists with the booking process
for FYC and third-party rental events. Additionally, this role is
also responsible for supporting the SVP Event Production and all
other Event Production Staff on various event related duties. The
role will coordinate many aspects of pre-production for Academy
wide Activities and Peer Group Activities. This role supports and
coordinates logistics associated with the overall Emmy logistics
and Nominee Receptions throughout Emmy season. These duties include
but are not limited to venue logistics associated with the events
as well as the invitation process, email blasts, management of the
RSVP lists, production meeting schedules, coordination and
communication with vendors and processing invoices and assisting in
the reconciliation of event budgets. The Coordinator will support
the development of year-round events and will assist where needed
on other events and activities. This role will be expected to

responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Temp during this period
of time is FYC Communications, as well as Member Communications:
- Collect materials from email requestors (FYC partners,
membership and event production staff) including approved copy and
graphics for FYC event invitations and viewing reminders.
- Build emails using the program Informz.
- Work with supervisor on review process to clear copy with
Marketing Department, requestor, and any other staff/departments
involved; work directly with email requestors for sign off as
well.

Foundation and Academy and assures the smooth operation of the
Foundation office.Duties and Responsibilities
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the
Executive Director including managing an active calendar of
appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing
correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex
and detailed meeting agendas, travel, food and venue coordination;
maintaining and updating database of contacts.
- Maintain and update financial, program and administrative
dashboards.
- Works closely and effectively with the Executive Director to
keep her well informed of upcoming commitments and
responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Assures that supplies and materials needed for the Foundation
office are ordered, in supply, and well organized.
- Helps prepare agendas and materials for Foundation meetings and
keeps office space in good order.
- Works with the development team in coordinating the Executive
Director's outreach activities.
- Follows up on contacts made by the Executive Director and
supports the cultivation of ongoing relationships.
- Manages correspondence with current and prospective donors; and
gifts to the Foundation.Special Requirements
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to meet
deadlines and perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with
excellent attention to detail.
- Creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial
environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community
oriented.
- Ability to provide a bridge for smooth communication between
the Executive Director's office and internal Academy and Foundation
departments; demonstrating ability to maintain credibility, trust
and support with senior management staff.
- Maintains discretion and confidentiality in relationships with
all Board members.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matter expeditiously,
proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful
completion, sometimes with deadline pressures.
- Ability to edit drafts for written communications to external
stakeholders.
- Ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations,
with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and
organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic
balance among multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build
relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members,
external partners, and donors.
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be
extremely effective independently.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with
discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and
demonstrate the highest level of "customer service" and
response.
- Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and
proposes solutions..Education and Experience Requirements
- 4+ plus years of experience supporting executives
- Experience in the entertainment industry and specific knowledge
about television preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Social Media
web platforms, Zoom, Teams and SharePoint. Familiarity with
relational database and donor management software a
