Description:As Program Manager the incumbent is responsible for
managing an order from estimate through delivery. This includes
participation in the review of Contract terms (as requested), Risk
analysis, Schedule development and adherence, Resource Management,
Make / buy decisions, and acting as the primary Customer

Skills and Experience:-- Requires related experience in the
Aerospace/Airframe Industry with a comprehensive understanding of
large multi-spindle, 3 and 5 axis machine shop in a job shop
environment-- Working knowledge of manufacturing airframe
components, from medium-sized details up to complex large-sized
components and assemblies-- 5+ years in Program Management (or
related position)-- Experience in Job Boss, Shop Boss or similar
ERP system-- Proficient in Microsoft suite-- Must possess excellent
strong written and verbal communication skills-- Must be detail
oriented-- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business and/or
Engineering is desired (or equivalent experience)-- APICS
certification preferred-- Expert ability to follow up and follow
through on all tasks, attention to detail and accuracy is
required-- Ability to interact with all levels including senior
management and influence decision-making-- Establishes high
standards for self and others and knows how to positively motivate
internal and external stakeholders to achieve those same
standards.On a day-to-day basis this person will:-- Support
Capacity planning as required-- Create Industrial schedules / LOB /
Action Trackers / RAILs and communicates to all pertinent
departments as required.-- Review Contract terms (concurrent with
the Contracts Administration) and establishes tracking mechanisms
to ensure all Contract terms are complied with, risks are
understood and communicated to all Stakeholders-- Establish
monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans-- Identify customer
opportunities and works with all pertinent departments as required
to secure follow-on or new business-- Oversee Job releases
(released from Production) to ensure they are released in time to
support schedule and ensures material/ hardware is released to
support schedule-- Work with Supply Chain to ensure the release of
shop orders and POs for Outside Manufacturing of parts/details and
Outside processing.-- Provide quote for OM, OSP and other processes
prior to making PO-- Meet with sub-tier suppliers as required to
meet customer delivery requirements-- Work with Estimating,
Contracts, the Director of Program Management, Engineering, Master
Scheduler, and the General Manager for all customer Expedites and
Schedule moves-- Manage delinquency, schedule risk and evaluates
and initiates mitigation efforts for late starts to mitigate
impacts-- May be required to support other departments as needed to
meet monthly goals-- Responsible for any MRB activity to assure
parts keep moving through internal and external processWe offer
