Human Resources Manager - Autonomous Vehicle Division Los

will work in a start-up environment with a highly collaborative
team of professionals in Transdev's Alternative Services division.
You will assists unit leadership in understanding and communication
of HR policies and procedures, along with handling compliance

is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00. Final salary will be determined by
relevant skills, experience, and education.ResponsibilitiesConsults
with operations management on human resource issues related to
hiring, compensation, training and development, disciplinary
actions and terminations.Interprets and assists with the
understanding of human resource policies and procedures.Manages
compliance issues; identifies local compliance risks and
proactively plans to mitigate risks.Manages the hiring process
including candidate screening, hiring, new employee set-up,
payroll, and leaves of absence.Serves as the liaison between the
unit and the Division Human Resource Director.Coaches and mentors
assigned employees; assigns work according to availability, skills,
and developmental needs; assesses performance and provides feedback
to direct reports.Maintains confidentiality of all
information.Other duties as required.QualificationsRequired
Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent, such as
GED, required.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or
related field preferred.PHR or SPHR preferred.5 - 7 years of
relevant human resource experience, including recruiting,
selection, and employee relations required.Understanding of
employment laws and regulations.Required Knowledge Skills and
Abilities (KSAs):HRIS, ADP, and investigative experience
preferred.Travel requirement outside of the immediate area
(10%-15%).Excellent written and verbal communication skills that
convey complex ideas in a simplified manner.Excellent interpersonal
skills: ability to interact professionally with culturally diverse
individuals during a time of crisis and distressMust be well
organized, detailed oriented, have strong problem-solving skills,
work comfortably under pressure and deliver on tight
deadlines.Ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a
team.Confident and skilled in using GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides,
Forms)Bias for action, excellent attention to detail and relentless
commitment to follow-throughProven track record of sound decision
making, taking ownership, and delivering resultsAbility to adapt
well to fast-paced environments with changing
circumstances.Physical Requirements:Must be able to work shifts or
flexible work schedules as needed.100% of work is accomplished
indoors and in air conditioned or well-ventilated facilitiesWork is
primarily accomplished in an office or in a cubicle spaceequipped
with a computer and telephoneMust be able to work at different
