If so, you may be the perfect candidate for our first ever retail GM position as we get set to move to our new dedicated arena, Intuit Dome.As the first retail GM in the our new dedicated home arena, you will have the unique responsibility of reimagining our retail merchandise and product development in ways that have not been done before. This will require a high level of entrepreneurialism and creativity, an intuitive understanding of how fandom can be strengthened through product, and the ability to propose and implement bold new plans with little supervision.To be considered, you should exhibit a successful history of leading digital & physical retail divisions, bringing breakthrough ideas to life, using data to inform and support your decisions, and a willingness to be hands-on with execution. You should also love working in a face-paced, ever-evolving, positive and collaborative team environment.   • Responsible for all aspects of the digital and physical retail division for Intuit dome (this role will be accountable for the Clippers as well as for our Concerts and Events merchandising process)
  • Full P&L accountability as week as responsibility for the annual strategic plan and budget
  • Ownership over league & licensee relationships
  • Accountable for the annual merchandising plan, inventory management & procurement as well as product development.
  • Lead ecommerce operations ensuring strong merchandising and delivering a seamless shopping experience
  • Responsible for all operational aspects of the physical retail experiences at the arena, including staffing, scheduling, inventory processing, visual merchandising, loss prevention, and exceeding fan service expectations
  • Lead ongoing assessment of the product category mix including a focus on increasing SKUs productivity and rationalization of existing assortment, developing new collaborations, and developing merchandising initiatives in new areas that continuously drive incremental revenue
  • Effectively wire & collaborate across the organization to develop revenue opportunities
  • Review and optimize performance of all activities to maximize revenue and return on investment
  • Manage, motivate, coach and develop full & part-time staff
  • Play an active role as part of the Marketing Leadership Team Your Background, Skills and Experience
    • Minimum 15 years experience with demonstrated success in both field operations and buying/merchandising.
    • Ideal candidate will have Sports and/or Entertainment Brand experience as well as e-commerce experience
    • Successful track record of field or location management experience and ability to make strategic choices to maximize impact
    • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence at all levels
    • Exceptional communication, prioritization & time management skills
    • Self-starter with ability to work independently - high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at different stages of development
    • High level of comfort with professional environments that must pivot quickly to adapt
    • Commitment to overall Fan Experience and Clippers Vision for Intuit Dome
    • 5+ yrs of demonstrated people leadership and proven track record of coaching & developing world class talent
    • Breakthrough thinker with a strong pulse on culture and emerging trends
