The Role Job Summary & Responsibilities: The Manager, Lifecycle and Marketing Operations will own the execution of all user-facing campaigns across channels like email, push, inapp messaging, landing pages focused on improving user metrics like acquisition, activation, engagement, retention & reactivation, as well as communicating progress of the campaign and its results to internal and external teams. The position will serve as the team's strongest subject matter expert on marketing operations and campaign production to ensure all engagement campaigns are executed on time with an extremely high degree of accuracy and effectiveness. You will have a combination of deep technical ability, landing page, email / lifecycle marketing experience, and project management skills. You are a dedicated team player who is communicative, proactive and is understanding of timelines. Detailed oriented and organized. Driven towards innovating, testing and optimizing results. The position will have a potential opportunity to oversee in the future a Marketing and Operations role as we grow the scope of the team. Campaign production:

  • Own end-to-end production of marketing campaigns for the Lifecycle team across our communication channels including but not limited to: email, push, inapp message, content card, landing pages.
  • Responsible for assisting on future landing pages creation/uploads and app store optimization.
  • Accountable for ensuring every campaign is previously created with time and launches on schedule, error-free, renders flawlessly across all major clients, and matches business requirements before launching.
  • Own campaign production workflow and calendar, ensuring that the operation team has all the information they need to begin and complete production as required for each campaign, and actively identify / seek out missing information needed to launch.
  • Partner with different stakeholders and teams in requisition approval and management, analytics, process optimization and communication
  • Exceptional QA skills prior to sending for review
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines and provide enough time for approval.
  • Understand the complexities of data integrations and API's that drive our marketing initiatives.
  • Confirm and approve specifications of different assets. Skills:
    • Create HTML for emails (responsive), landing pages and custom HTML inapp messages.
    • Basic photo edit in order to adapt it to different channels.
    • Utilize design tools to create a one pager (screenshots of communications organized by day)
    • Open to learn new technologies and platforms.
    • Proactive and take the initiative to resolve issues or communicate progress. Tools/languages:

      • Braze canvas, segments, reporting, custom attributes/events, apis Communication:
        • Manage competing demands for the operations team and prioritize effectively; proactively communicate status and communicate issues to stakeholders.
        • Partner cross functionality with other teams to define, develop and optimize multi-channel campaigns and enable campaign innovation.
        • Train other colleagues in the Marketing team on how to use the CRM platform. Reporting:
          • Report and document in Confluence or/and any other platform the results of the campaigns by pulling the information from the corresponding platforms.
          • Collaborate with BI team to gather more in depth information about the campaigns.
          • Document learnings from experiments and campaigns to build a CRM Best Practices Playbook that can be used as a reference by every part of the business. Documentation:
            • Document the end to end of the campaigns in Confluence (one pager, campaign details, reporting).
            • Partner with Data Warehouse and engineering team members to help document all the data flows exchanged with the CRM tool.
