Check us out at www.stand8.io or Services - STAND 8 Technology ServicesWhat will you be doing?---Work within IT Solutions and Sales teams to build relationships and expand Channel Partner products and accounts---Be a Customer-facing champion and representative for current Channel partners---Support the development and execution of channel program strategic plans---Collaborate with internal product and marketing personnel in the development and management of channel partner promotions and programs---Responsible for the implementation and onboarding of new corporate originated channel partners---Establishes, prepares and maintains channel program reporting to include forecasted sales and revenue goals, actual results, and partner trend reports for presentation to management.---Develop best practices to engage with partners, escalate issues and set clear expectations for how sales team can work with and co-sell with Channel Partners---Ensure partners and sales team maintains baseline training and knowledge of Channel Partners---Tracks effectiveness of channel marketing programs, and recommends pricing, promotions and programs to meet sell through and return on investment goals.---Builds and maintains relationships with other departments to facilitate and accomplish team goals.Qualifications---3+ years of industry experience within partnership/alliances, sales, marketing, business development---3+ years of direct channel sales/management experience---5+ years relevant experience in Information Technology---Ability to design and present business plans, track and articulate program progress, design and document program guidelines for distribution throughout the organization (all levels) and for external use---Experience in writing Statements of Works, Contract negotiation, and Client Discovery for Partner services---Working knowledge of cloud environments preferred---Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Services and Solutions---Strong collaborative and teamwork skills---Strong analytical, strategic mindset, and negotiation skills---Persuasive communication skills accompanied with the ability to gain a quick understanding of the needs and pain points of channel partners---Passionate about technology---Preferred knowledge or technical experience with: Slack, AWS, Starburst, Snowflake, Okta, Atlassian, AsanaWhy STAND 8?---Medical, Dental, and Vision starts on the 1 st of the month---100% REMOTE environment---Life Insurance---401K---Non-accruing PTO that enables you to take time off when you need it the most---Culture built around collaboration---A chance to build something from the ground up and design software that can change the world
