Implementation Specialist! In this fast-paced role, you will
coordinate and prioritize project tasks, manage timelines, maintain
implementation schedules, and communicate status to internal and
external stakeholders including Management and Clients as needed.
As the Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the
execution of virtual care and onsite clinic implementation
projects, guiding the successful execution of client deployments.
In a client facing role, you will lead customers through the
technical, organizational, and workflow elements required for the
successful deployment of their virtual and onsite programs. This
role will require you to partner with the business, technology and
clinical teams to ensure successful implementation of virtual care
and onsite clinics ensuring a seamless client onboarding
experience. We are looking for highly motivated, intellectually
curious, and collaborative self-starter who is comfortable with
ambiguity and adaptable to change. -This role will challenge your
ability to work on complex projects where deadlines and scope shift
frequently. -You'll need flexibility, agility and the ability to
adapt to change while maintaining strong relationships with
stakeholders in a highly cross-matrixed environment. - - You'll

as you take on some tough challenges. - Primary Responsibilities:
Independently manage implementations of varying levels of
complexity from kickoff through launch, with limited management
oversight During the initial client implementation managing all
aspects of the implementation project, including meeting
preparation, requirements documentation, configuration/build,
operational readiness and coordination with internal teams and
third-party partners to ensure an efficient deployment per the
agreed upon scope and schedule Assess/evaluate client requirements
against scope of project, manage implementation schedule Work with
resource managers to drive the identification of the skills,
duration and effort required for successful project execution
Ensure that project scope, requirements and approvals comply with
current governance guidelines and methodology
Establish/implement/comply with change management processes to
drive effective project execution (e.g. launch, deployment,
revisions, change control) Ensure that all project deliverables are
in compliance with applicable standards and regulations (e.g. data
security, HIPAA, federal/state regulatory requirements, etc.)
Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client
responsiveness, and thorough communication Manage client
expectations by building relationships, communicating project
status and open issues, preparing reports, managing change, and
facilitating weekly meetings Accurately communicate project
milestones and associated requirements and potential risks, with
limited management oversight Identify and escalate and drive
resolution to implementation risks, as well as manage both client
and internal communication and exception processes associated with
mitigating those risks properly and proactively Utilize sound
judgment in proactively identifying project issues and risks
Provide ongoing support and management to the client regarding new
business initiatives, software updates, and enhancements
Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams Ensure a
seamless transition from project implementation to the business
(e.g. operations, client management team) Lead or help develop
program or project scope statements, in consultation with
applicable stakeholders (e.g. program/project charter, Statement of
Work, Business Vision Document) Lead or support development and
delivery of Request for Information and Request for Proposal client

Qualifications: BA or BS degree required; Bachelor's degree
required preferably in Business Administration or Healthcare
Administration PMP or CAPM certification 3+ years of overall
experience in healthcare-related Implementations or consulting,
telehealth experience - Extensive program, project and process
management experience Experience working in healthcare environment,
ideally in an ambulatory practice setting - Track record of strong
customer focus and uncompromising integrity Solid internal
communication skills, including the ability to work with all
departments (IT, sales, marketing, operations) and all levels of
the organization Solid focus on team environment Presentation
Skills: Facilitate on-line meetings and conference calls to
orientate a new client and collaborate with clients about concerns
Acts as a resource to others with less experience Fluency with
Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and
Visio Fluency with Smartsheet - Ability to respond to changes in
project scope and schedule, and re-prioritize work to accommodate
multiple competing priorities Ability to optimize processes and
lead change Ability to manage multiple clients and
implementations/tasks simultaneously Ability to command a group of
individuals in a room quickly and be assertive in a public
environment Ability to formulate and express ideas clearly and
effectively in verbal and written presentations Ability to utilize
effective communication skills to mitigate project risk Ability to
travel approximately 25 - 35% annually Full COVID-19 vaccination is
