Our client is a top telecommunications provider, serving
customers around the globe. They deliver innovative IoT solutions
including cloud, voice, data, and more. They are hiring an IoT
Account Manager to market the company's robust portfolio of IoT
solutions to new accounts.
The IoT Account Manager is an IoT expert who contributes sales and
business development expertise into client acquisition and deal
closing. They will be responsible for connecting with major clients
across many industries, and build a pipeline of qualified
accounts.

Focus:
- Create revenue potential through a mix of BD, relationship
management, and overall strategy creation within target
accounts.
- Approach high-level prospects within MNOs, MVNOs, distributors,
resellers, and other major industry players to develop sales
channels for IoT and wireless connectivity solutions.
- Manage existing IoT connections and cultivate high-level
account relationships, acting as sales expert and mentoring
different channels.
- Identify new prospects whose business needs align with product
offerings and develop compelling use cases. Understand customer
expectations and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Close leads and opportunities for their innovative IoT
solutions.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quota objectives,
driving revenue and acting as a lead generator in business
development.
- Stay current on technologies and developments within the
market, noting competitor positioning and providing insights to
company strategy.
- Track sales productivity via account mapping, call planning,
and CRM tools.
Skills:
- 5+ years of solutions selling experience within
telecom/wireless, with a heavy focus on IoT.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Knowledge of IoT, mobile networks, wireless connectivity,
management platforms, and related technology.
- Proven ability to develop strong account relationships, leading
to repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication; comfortable speaking with
decision-makers at all levels of an organization across many
departments.
- Motivation to meet demand in a high-growth market and
capitalize on expanding opportunities for customers and
partners.
- Ability to travel regularly.
