Job Description PROVIDE OFFICE SUPPORT TO INVESTMENT MANAGER BY PREPARING INVESTMENT REPORTS FOR CLIENTS, PREPARING BUSINESS P&L STATEMENTS USING QUICKBOOKS, FILE PAPERWORK ACCORDING TO SECURITIES REGULATIONS, AND PERFORM SERVICE REQUESTS FOR CLIENTS. EXCELLENT COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED. MUST KNOW QUICKBOOKS, DATABASE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE AND MICROSOFT OFFICE. MUST LIKE TO WORK ALONE UNSUPERVISED. I AM IN THE OFFICE ONLY A FEW HOURS A WEEK.
