The Sr Manager, Sales Data and Automation will be a key leader in driving the growth and productivity of the Sales Operations Team. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership to scale sales operations. You should have a proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to do what it takes to make the company successful. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Be a game changing impact to the Sales Operations and Sales team by leading the data automation charge to increase productivity for our teams
Understand the global sales reporting processes and increase efficiency across sales operations
Change sales reporting from being reactive to proactive in providing actionable data insights
Manage a global team along with the sales data stack including but not limited to Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, Hadoop, Salesforce, Aviso
Build a data strategy and automation roadmap that can be communicated across the team
Drive the visibility for sales leaders to be able to easily visualize where their business is going
Save the many hours of time and effort of our compensation teams by enhancing and automating their data workflows and reporting
Be a sales data steward and represent Sales Operations and Sales in data reporting and automation projects
Automate data insights to drive increased sales and upsell opportunities
Building, developing and maintaining internal queries, data cubes/schema, reporting systems, data automation and dashboards that support key business decision-makers for Sales
Translate business requirements into code, writes or modify code for complex system designs, analyze and fix code defects/errors
Work closely with other data and analytics team members to optimize the company's data systems and pipeline architecture to achieve greater efficiency across our company data systems
Apply a pragmatic approach to delivering data and content in a consumable way for sales teams and leaders

Desired Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, sales data, or system automation
Experience and understanding of key data automation tools including: Hadoop, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Salesforce. Experience with other data automation tools is a plus
Strong understanding of data profiling concepts and ability to operationalize analyses into design and development activities
Ability to create data visualizations or track record of working personnel to visualize and tell the story of a complex problem
Strong knowledge of business intelligence concepts and technologies along with sales process and analytics
Demonstrated ability to build efficient processes that support data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management
Experience in unwinding and fixing legacy systems, as well as building from the ground up
Comfortable working in matrixed organizations and advocating for the business unit
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze data, determine insights and develop programs to drive productivity and efficiencies
Strong project management and business improvement capabilities with a track record of delivering results across a complex portfolio
Strong operational background, working with or directly leading day-to-day business operations
Strong organizational development, communication, presentation and leadership skills
Flexibility, with the ability to adjust as needed, with a sense of urgency and a passion for new ideas.
Must have SaaS, Telephony or High-Tech experience
Bachelor's degree required
