OverviewCome join the QuickBooks Marketing Team as a Senior
Marketing Manager responsible for driving growth of QuickBooks
Online through our valuable and influential network of accountants.
In this role, you are the business leader initiating and developing
marketing strategies to acquire new accountants and deepen
relationships with existing accountants in service to delivering
business results and revenue. You will work across the organization
with internal partners, as well as external partners, to execute go
to market strategies. This is a unique opportunity for a highly
motivated marketing professional to make a meaningful impact on the
business by delivering significant value to the accountant
community that we serve and the clients they serve. The ideal
candidate will have a track record for developing and launching new
products and services in a fast-paced environment and cultivating a
highly engaged community of net promoters. We are seeking a leader
with strong strategic skills, seamless cross-functional
partnerships and executive-level influence, data-driven customer
empathy, and a bias for speed in action and results. What you'll
bring: BA/BS required, MBA strongly preferred or equivalent work
experience. 7+ years of marketing, business development or strategy
experience, including bringing new offerings to market, and driving
revenue & customer growth. Experience creating and executing
marketing plans and managing external advertising agencies and
internal partners. Ability to translate customer/partner insights
and business strategies into great execution. Strong qualitative
and quantitative research and testing experience. Strong creative
problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage and
prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and lead a team to
deliver strong results. Proven experience leading and influencing
cross-functional teams to deliver long-term impact vs. short-term
splashes. Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and
interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability in
applying creative problem solving and analytical skills to provide
ongoing insight into the business and to make recommendations that
drive great outcomes. How you will lead: Lead the go-to-market
strategy to drive growth of QuickBooks Online through accountants
who serve small businesses by leveraging key channels including
online search, web, direct mail, email, sales, and in-person
events. Create and deliver marketing strategies and programs to
acquire and retain accountants in our network . Actively analyze
business data to generate insights and make informed decisions that
drive business results. Track campaign impact and analyze program
results to report on ROI. Develop deep understanding of
customer/partner pain points and needs and translate insights to
influence product roadmap and identify opportunities to produce
breakthrough marketing. Work closely with product management teams
to identify and deliver new features and programs to maintain
competitive superiority . Collaborate across Marketing, Sales and
Partner teams to facilitate demand generation with target markets,
messaging, positioning and content assets to help drive leads. Be
key contributor for large scale strategic initiatives. Contribute
to 1 and 3 year strategic plans and annual forecasts . Leverage the
appropriate learning strategies, including qualitative and
quantitative consumer research that deliver improved business
outcomes.
