The Role:

Driving sales and business development within the US market for Talenthouse, you will be a driven and experienced salesperson with a track record of overachieving revenue targets and an extensive black book of industry contacts.

Working within the Global Commercial Team, you will keep the core brand values and vision of Talenthouse at the forefront whilst pushing to grow the US market. This is a role for a real go-getter, ready to get stuck in and keen to make an impact on a growing business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an effective new business sales strategy in collaboration with the Head of Commercial Sales
  • Be constantly looking for upselling and cross-selling opportunities, leveraging the entireTalenthouse portfolio
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities, and be motivated to perform against a revenue target
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies optimizing on a monthly basis
  • Leading exceptionally strong relationships with customers from the point of initial sale through their lifetime as a client with Talenthouse, delivering them success and US account retention and growth
  • Working to quarterly targets, identifying opportunities to grow and expand Talenthouses services inside the client organization, selling and implementing these
  • Approaching account management with a new business mindset, proactively finding and developing opportunities globally across your customers
  • Creating and owning strategic account plans; deep understanding of client businesses, their challenges and processes, creating and maintaining relationships between Talenthouse and all key stakeholders across their business
  • Representing clients needs to internal teams at Talenthouse (e.g. management team, product/technology team, marketing, community) to capitalize on learnings and ensure continuous progress with your clients and for the overall business

    • An extensive history of forging high-profile relationships with top stakeholders - and the black book to prove it
    • You love getting to grips with the broader company strategy and are able to put your work into context with the big picture, and contribute customer insight to building the wider strategy
    • You have sharp attention to detail and are highly organized
    • Experience working with fast-moving and evolving tech-based companies
    • The ability to analyze, interpret, and leverage data to make business decisions
    • You excel in a high-growth environment, working at startup pace, embracing change and adjusting course regularly
