The Role Material is seeking a Talent Acquisition, Program Manager.
This dynamic individual will be responsible for assisting in
developing a thoughtful internal mobility program, expanding our
internship program, crafting a robust employment branding strategy,
and growing our employee referral program. Along with numerous
other projects, this person will have a deep passion for solving
complex problems by developing solutions that elevate Material and
support our world class clients. Responsibilities
- This Talent Acquisition, Program Manager will support the
business by helping to develop an internal mobility program that is
results focused, champions transparency, and promotes a phenomenal
internal candidate experience.
- Expand our existing University and Internship program to both
elevate Material as a leading employer brand and grow our talent
pool to include students from previously untapped backgrounds.
- Help in crafting an employer branding strategy that solves
against complex problems, goals, tradeoffs, and ideas.
- Partner with our talent team to grow our existing referral
program and develop new ways to find future team members that add
value to our company. Qualifications
- Desire to learn, innovate, and discover new ideas while
achieving company goals and initiatives.
- A deep commitment to recruiting excellence and prior experience
in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail and a
tenacious desire to tackle problems.
- Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; you enjoy
figuring out what needs to be done and then doing it. Nice To Have

- Strong understanding of recruiting processes.
