Plan and execute mitigating measures Manage multiple interrelated projects Manage through the entire project lifecycle from project initiation to project closure You have a well-rounded ability to lead and motivate others within a global, matrix organization. This includes being resilient to pressure and a fast-changing business environment. You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent 6+ years of experience in the semiconductor business 4+ years of experience in project management Outstanding stakeholder management skills Superior written and oral communication skills Solid Microsoft Office and Microsoft-Project skills Leads with results-orientation & team-orientation: Balances the push for results while maintaining team motivation and performance Self-directed and curious. Enjoys learning and continuous self-improvement Demonstrates high integrity, trustworthiness, honesty, and ethical standards Courageous in solving problems and overcoming obstacles Desired: IPMA-C certified nice to have Knowledge in power device & semiconductor physics a nice to have Knowledge in power MOSFET fabrication and assembly nice to have Infineon Power & Sensor Systems (PSS) semiconductors play a vital role in enabling intelligent power management, smart sensitivity as well as fast and reliable data processing in an increasingly digitalized world.
