Who We Need:Were looking for an efficient problem solver with Marketo experience and strong project management skills. You must be process-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. We need a detail-oriented team player who can work collaboratively and build bridges with stakeholders on multiple teams. You will be part of the Marketing Operations team responsible for data, process, and technology optimization, as well as external-facing communication.
What Youll Do:

  • Project manage, implement and monitor integrated marketing campaigns
  • Execute and maintain processes for data uploads to our marketing database
  • Design, create and optimize landing pages and emails
  • Assemble marketing program performance reports via Marketo and Salesforce
  • Work diligently with campaign managers, creative teams, and technical peers to improve strategy and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Evaluate new technologies and manage existing systems to improve and optimize team performance
  • Develop and document new project execution processes
    Skills Youll Need to Have:
    • Experience: 3+ years using Marketo, as well as a balance of analytical, strategic business, and interpersonal skills
    • Extensive ticket management experience. You must have substantial knowledge of ticket management, associated platforms, and processes.
    • Effective problem solver: You easily anticipate and spot key business issues as opportunities and quickly solve complex problems by proposing recommendations and fixes
    • You are a strong individual contributor and an independent thinker. Though your work is self-directed, you know when to ask for support or collaboration
    • You prioritize tasks and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
    • You're comfortable with ambiguity. You know how to structure complex issues and take a hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving. You turn messes into processes - and you love doing so
