Leveraging the world's first AI-powered creative platform, brands such as Unilever, Adidas, L'Or--al, Crocs and Nestl-- Waters partner with Social Native to improve the performance of their paid and organic social strategy with a combination of Influencer Marketing, Custom Content, and Content Editing solutions.

With our recent acquisition of Olapic, we're changing the way marketers evaluate, refine and optimize their visual content strategy. This move solidifies our goal of delivering an all-in-one platform providing brands with data-driven insights, scales content creation, measures the impact of their work, and optimizes content for even greater results.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the General Manager will directly manage day-to-day business operations and activities for Social Native while providing dynamic, cross-functional leadership and executive accountability company-wide. Primary focus of the role will be providing strategic direction as well as tactical execution and project management. Key to the job is the coordination between the CEO and other executives and managers on planning and development for business growth through organic and potential acquisition opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Drives organizational accountability to accomplish business objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurement; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
The GM is responsible for creating and executing the operating plan to drive the overall development and growth of the business.
Structure operating processes to achieve revenue, expense objectives and maximize efficiencies. Works to ensure "on time" and "on budget" delivery of projects and product content.
Coach, mentor, develop, and manage performance of staff in support of overall sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Works with the CEO to define domestic market potential by analyzing market surveys and sales statistics; identifies sales and market opportunities for the business.
Lead integration of acquired assets and operations, define ongoing business strategies, establish KPI's and business plans, implement initiatives to leverage assets across departments/divisions.
Participates in the expansion of business through M&A in coordination with corporate M&A staff and driving strong due diligence capabilities and post-merger integration.
Build, develop and maintain infrastructure policies and practices to support the expansion of the Company.

Job Requirements and Experience:
At least 4 years' experience as a General Manager, COO or comparable role and 12 years previous experience leading business operations for a Marketplace or SaaS business with recurring revenue. P&L management of $25-$100M+.
Proven track record executing plans and hitting/exceeding target deliverables.
Experience with multiple sales channels (to include channel and direct sales).
Hands on approach and high level of attention to operational execution.
Demonstrated aptitude and comfort with change management.
Proven experience in driving business integration or significant strategic change in an organization.
Strong management skill and ability to motivate and develop staff. High energy level and demonstrated ability to coach and guide multiple departments.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit with ability to develop appropriate processes to manage growth.
Able to travel approximately 10-20% of the time.
Bachelor's Degree in business or finance required.
