Small independent restaurant group with varied concepts is
bringing on board a Culinary Director to improve systems and
implement new menu components. The group prides itself on building
connections, not only with guests, but the team as well. Looking
for an individual that can both help elevate the food while
refining existing infrastructure!
Culinary Director Responsibilities:
Improve systems to help streamline operations
Implement new menu components, including menu development and
Budget planning, forecast, and overall P&L responsibility for
Recruitment, hiring, and training of key management level chefs
Lead Culinary Management Training Program
Lead food safety & sanitation efforts
Culinary Director Preferred Requirements:
4+ years experience as an Executive Chef or 2 years in a multiunit
Chef role such as a regional chef, corporate chef or culinary
Background in scratch kitchens
Experience in food & beverage business development and
Analytical and written communications skills, problem solving and
Past Southern cuisine or BBQ experience a plus!
Strong leadership and teaching skills.
