Part of a team that is responsible for the adoption of and adherence to internal enterprise data management policies and standards (i.e.: the Enterprise Data Management and Global Records Management), governance and oversight of Global Banking's incident management process, support of external regulatory exams/issues and support of internal/external data testing efforts. - The team performs an enterprise function covering all of Global Banking and Enterprise Credit and has responsibilities related to the governance of credit data; communicating and coordinating the impacts of enterprise data priorities; and monitoring the health of Global Banking data.
This position, within the Analytics & Information Strategy (A&IS) team, requires close working relationships with teams internal to Analytics & Information Strategy, Technology support partners, other business Data Management teams, Global Banking Operations, Credit Process and Enterprise Data Management teams, etc., as well as subject matter expertise in various aspects of data and data management. - This role will help drive and support the work specific to the governance, - oversight and monitoring of Global Banking's data gaps/data incidents.
Key areas of responsibility include:
--- Provide governance, oversight and monitoring leadership and support of Global Banking data incidents/data gaps (i.e. eDIM tickets)
--- Facilitate intake routines with respective Data Domain Managers/teams; track incidents through lifecycle
--- Responsible for overall reporting of Global Banking data incidents
--- Responsible for the establishment of eDIM monitoring reporting and metrics
--- Serves as primary point of contact for Global Banking data incidents and liaises with other FLU/CF data management teams and eDIM contacts
--- Participates in enterprise eDIM meetings and routines
--- Responsible for ensuring Global Banking data incidents adhere to and are in compliance with enterprise eDIM policies
*Required Skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified.
--- 5+ years of experience in financial services in business analyst or delivery-based role
--- 5+ years of experience in data management --- Strong verbal and written communication skills
--- Proven ability to balance strategic and tactical initiatives
--- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence and partner with teammates across functional and organizational boundaries
--- Proven ability to work with technical and non-technical business teams
--- Self-starter; strong sense of ownership & ability to create and execute plans without daily oversight
--- Able to navigate the enterprise / source information across multiple functions
--- Highly organized; able to effectively prioritize and balance multiple efforts in a fast-paced, regulatory driven environment
--- Familiarity and practical experience with enterprise data standards
--- Experience with enterprise data management tools (e.g. eDIM, EDR, ERR, etc.)
--- Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) experience and general understanding of data relationships
--- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
