Client Services/Retention ManagerWe are a nationally recognized, leading provider of credit report repair services and we are looking for a self-driven, high-performing and "hands on"-- - Client Services Manager to engage, retain, and enable our customers to maximize the value of the service we're providing in our 180 seat call center located near downtown Los Angeles.Our technology and services help consumers access and understand information contained in their credit reports, verify whether that information is fair, accurate and verifiable, and correct errors with individual creditors and the three major credit bureaus.The Client Services team is committed to delivering an exceptional and personalized experience for our clients, ensuring that our overall service offering is the best that it can possibly be. We are building an elite team of relentlessly client-focused people who work diligently to quickly and creatively solve our client's issues and questions. The Client Services Manager is a key leader who inspires, leads and sets the tone and helps set the direction for this team.ResponsibilitiesEnable active relationships with customers throughout their subscription lifetime, by working closely with other stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, Consultants)Develop processes to ensure high save rates for cancelling clientsImplement outreach strategy for customers whose credit cards decline to ensure there are no interruptions in serviceProvide subject matter expertise to Client Services teamAssess and resolve escalated client issues at a moment's notice, including handling escalated callsConduct valuable onboardings(e.g., identify customer needs, potential challenges and risk factors, key project timelines)Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention ratesFacilitate support escalations by working cross-functionally with Sales, Fulfillment and Technical Support to build strong channels of communications with clientsDevelop and implement best practices, processes and tools which can continually enhance client successRequirementsA Bachelor's degree is requiredProven track record of experience with customer success and managing operations for a fast growing teamPrevious experience with recurring billing/subscription based services a mustExperience with or aptitude for learning enterprise infrastructure technologiesExceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audience both internally and externallyCompensation: DOEBenefits: We offers a benefit package that includes Medical/Dental/Vision, paid vacation and sick days.We are an EEO/AA Employer/Vet/DisabledTo apply, please email us your resume and include "Client Services Manager" in the subject line.
