Importer and Experiential Marketing Agency RBE Drinks is a brand representation agency with direct import solutions for international wine and spirits brands.--
Our growing portfolio includes French wines, craft spirits and a non-alcoholic line of mixers.--

JOB DESCRIPTION

The primary responsibility of the RBE Drinks National Sales Manager is to expand the availability and visibility of our brands by developing a network of distributors and key accounts throughout the country.
--This will be achieved by forming ground level tactics to achieve the sales, distribution and brand building goals established in coordination with our team. This includes- calling on individual supporting distributors and key on and off premise accounts, developing relationships & cultivating mindshare with our distributors, and educating the trade about our brands.--

The ideal candidate will be an energetic go-getter that is excited to be the face of an emerging and growing company, and that will work strategically to grow the portfolio.--

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

--- Develop/Create key account target lists and efficiently plan routes to most effectively achieve national distribution and grow the business
--- Constant contact with distributors and key accounts
--- Achieve KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) on a monthly basis: achieving new distribution, engaging the wholesalers and selling brand building initiatives
--- Training and education of trade, distributor and consumer
--- Inspire the wholesalers team with enthusiasm & creativity to achieve and execute sales plans
--- Effectively communicate throughout the week with our team to provide updates on your weekly & monthly schedule, challenges, opportunities, and wins in your markets

REQUIREMENTS
--- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the beverage industry.--
--- Beginner + to Expert knowledge of all things wine & spirits, eagerness to learn more.--
--- Entrepreneurial spirit--
--- Strong communication skills, humble, good judgement, and plenty of creativity.--
--- Excellent planner and organizer: can set his or her own schedule to effectively hit sales goals--
--- Able to take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities as a self-starter--
--- Proficient skills in Google DrExcel, Office, PowerPoint, etc.--
