Job Description:
OptalX cuts guesswork from media mix planning by helping
advertisers set an objective behind every allocated dollar - per
channel, per placement, per ad format. Job Overview: The Account
Manager will serve as a technical support resource for clients to
assist in the resolution of technical requests, involving: 3rd
party integrations, in-app functionality, and feature requests.
Responsibilities: -Serve as a technical support resource for

-Identify escalation routes and provide timely information to
clients
-Creatively problem solve and create strategic and reusable
solutions Skills You Must Have: -Affinity for problem solving and
crafting creative, reusable solutions
-Strong communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts
to non-technical people
-Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time-management
skills
-Experience in MarTech/AdTech or a technical service environment
not required but preferred
