Together we can push the limits of what can be achieved for everybody.Who We're Looking ForWe are looking for a Director of Planning and Analysis to partner with Sales and Operations to ensure teams have the insight, tools, and processes they need to run effectively and efficiently. As part of a high-performance, fast-moving, and collaborative organization, the Director will oversee Therabody's Go-To-Market planning, growth strategy, sales forecasting, business operations, and data evaluation. The Director will work with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to provide a 360-- view of the business and drive executive-level recommendations that directly impact Therabody's Sales. They will be close to the company's most critical performance data and develop a keen understanding of how Therabody acquires revenue, and they will be able to leverage data to drive insights, provide strategic recommendations, and guide the charge on execution and change management.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalytics* Help formalize, automate, and expand our sales reporting. This includes (but is not limited to) weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on pipeline, sales, and product performance * In conjunction with the team, mature our metrics with new models of pipeline and territory health* Present findings and insights to senior Operations leadership across GTM teams to power data-driven decision makingPlanning & Strategy* Maintain and update our demand, quota, and capacity plans - a critical pulse for our fast-growing teams * Uncover areas of revenue opportunity in our customer and prospect base* Partner with other members of the business in an effort to drive long-term, strategic plans for the Marketing, Renewals, and Product teamsProcess & Infrastructure* Know or learn what quality data means while helping us to design and improve it* Work cross-functionally with the Data and IT teams to help build an integrated and scalable data pipeline across various business systems* Help optimize the Sales Rep, Manager, and Sales Ops experience on our Sales Enablement platform and other systemsThe Right Person Would Have* Bachelor's Degree* 5-8+ years' experience of Sales Operations analysis, ideally in Consumer Goods, Retail, or the Health, Wellness & Fitness industry* 2+ years of Salesforce or Moto experience (building complex dashboards & reports, custom report types, calculated fields, and workflows)* Experience with Tableau and/or other analysis/BI tools* Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel skills (sumifs, index/match and vlookup, table formulas)* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Endless curiosity and a need to dive deeper for understanding* Self-motivation, with the desire and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively* Strong multitasking skills; ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsTherabody is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion.
