The Planner/scheduler will support the Facility Asset Management
Unit. Within the Unit, this position will support the Eastern and
Western Facility Management teams who perform maintenance on
vertical structures and residential facilities; by establishing an
online work order system; plan and schedule work orders related to
preventive and corrective maintenance to internal and external
workforces; develop job plans and scope of work, and provide
maintenance reports via the Maximo system.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education and
Experience: High school diploma or certificate of High School
equivalency and five years journey-level experience in a relevant
trade or craft.
Relevant trade or craft is defined as: work experience in facility
maintenance for high rise commercial buildings and residential
structures; budgeting, forecasting, planning and scheduling
maintenance activities and projects within a Computerized
maintenance management system (CMMS) and financial budgeting
systems; arranging and identifying materials, supplies, and
equipment for maintenance and repair activities; generating and
analyzing maintenance reports and KPI's; develop job plans and
providing technical assistance and/or guidance internal and
external workforces; and collect drawings, manuals, warranties, and
other documents to assist internal and external workforce
maintenance repairs or modifications.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS License(s):
Valid California Class C Driver's License or equivalent (required
at time of application) that allows you to drive during your
