Your Role As a member of the Co-CEO Hub leadership team, the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will preserve and enhance Gensler?s entrepreneurial and creative culture while positioning HR for the future. You will drive the firm?s global HR strategy by building a roadmap, developing talent, and improving processes and programs to grow and retain our talented professionals. The CHRO will be responsible for creating and executing consistent HR services, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation and Benefits, Mobility, Employment Practices, and HR Analytics, and fully integrating them across Gensler?s global, highly networked organizational structure. Gensler?s CHRO will be a transformational partner who establishes robust relationships with leadership across the firm, collaborating to develop a best-in-class HR strategy and team that embraces Gensler?s regional flexibility and One-Firm-Firm philosophy to meet our diverse needs on a global scale.-- What You Will Do HR Subject Matter Expert Contribute an HR-specific perspective to the organization?s overall strategic planning; advocate for both the business and Gensler?s people. Build--comprehensive strategic talent acquisition, management and retention plans to meet the people needs of the business.-- Partner with executive leadership to design the organization's compensation philosophy, strategy and programs--to ensure pay equity and marketplace competitiveness.-- Design and implement comprehensive--health and wellness--programs focused on the diverse needs of--our professionals.-- Drive insights with our people-centric data; create HR benchmarks, metrics and analytics which provide a foundation for informed, data-driven decision-making.-- Relationship and Coalition Builder Build trusted relationships with senior executives, critical stakeholders, and business partners as a subject matter expert, elevating the credibility and brand of the HR function. Lead, mentor, and empower both domestic and international HR teams as they design, implement and execute an HR strategy in support of Gensler?s mission and local strategic goals.-- Collaborate with and provide leadership to Regional HR Directors and HR functional experts to establish new ways of working to optimize performance and employee experience across a global talent pool.-- Work closely with HRIS and Information Systems teams to leverage technology and develop processes to ensure data integrity and drive business insights related to productivity and workforce trends. Partner with the Data Platform team on HR systems integration and process documentation and automation. Partner with Legal team to ensure compliance with international, federal, state and local regulations. Strategic Vision + Transformational Leadership Design and lead the transformation of a multi-region HR function into a strategic partner that supports Gensler?s mission and vision, including building and developing HR leadership to enhance functional expertise. Serve as a strategic advisor for Regional HR Directors, leveraging Gensler?s ?think global, act local? values across HR services. Lead the assessment and evaluation of capabilities and opportunities within the HR function across the firm. Promote inclusion in the workplace and reinforce Gensler?s position as an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion.-- Your Qualifications Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology or related field. Master?s Degree a plus. Certifications: SHRM-SCP and GPHR strongly preferred. Minimum of 10-15 executive level experience leading Human Resources in a professional services environment. Demonstrated success in leading an organization towards ?Best in Class?; innate ability to drive thought leadership around our values and build cohesive HR practices that put people first. Passionate about mentoring and growing talent and empowering teams. Demonstrated ability to earn stakeholder trust, confidence, and respect through active listening to gain influence. Experience in managing relationships and interactions in a highly networked organization, both domestically and internationally. Comfort with the ambiguity of complex reporting lines and stakeholders. Experience managing operational budgets and HR vendor relationships. Familiarity with Workday and ADP systems integration preferred. Willingness to adapt to future state HR technologies and automated processes.
