In reporting to the Sales Director the Regional Sales Manager role
is to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales quotas
for the US West Region. A successful candidate in this role will
have a solid experience selling complex interconnect solution to
Tier 1 contractors and Key Accounts in military, aerospace and
avionic markets and supervise/ train a network of

* Manage and oversees day-to-day sales activities of a network of
sales representatives in his Region.
* Meet and surpass sales and revenue targets as set by the company
for both the Region and Key Accounts.
* Accountable for day-to-day sales activities including but not
limited to forecasting, web requests assignment and timely
response, bid/quote delivery and pipeline accuracy.
* Oversee the on-boarding process to meet company short-term and
long-term sales and revenues objectives.
* Increase the company presence in the Region by making
recommendations to the Vice-President Sales International to
recruit and develop new sales reps.
* Develop a solid and trusting relationship between Key Accounts
and the Company.
* Plan and present reports on Key Accounts progress, goals, and
monthly/quarterly initiatives to share with team members,
* Provide detail annual review (strategy, forecast, issues) and
quarterly updates for each Key Account.
* Coordinate with the management team and company personnel
including Industry Managers, Sales engineers Manager, and senior
management to meet Key Accounts.
* Proactively address customer issues and make sure they are closed
to the customer satisfaction.
* Make recommendations and participate at sales events, trade
shows, conference, seminars, and webex to promote the company
products jointly with local representatives.
* Manage and ensure processes are in place to respond, qualify and
follow-up leads and requests from sales events, (trade shows,
conference, seminars, and webex), marketing activities
(publication, social media and other) or other activities.
* Provide monthly reporting on sales KPI s for the Region and Key
Accounts and makes recommendations to Senior Management as

* Proven work experience of 10+ years as a Sales Account
Manager/Region Manager, selling high-speed interconnect solutions
to Tier 1 contractors in defence, avionic and aerospace market in

* Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
