Brand Ambassador Manager: -- A Victoria's Secret Brand Ambassador Manager sees themselves as more than a sales manager but as a fashion authority and skilled seller. A Brand Ambassador Manager's number one priority is to maximize sales growth and provide the highest level of service and selling for each customer. -- Primary Responsibility: The Brand Ambassador Manager has the primary responsibility of driving new customer acquisition, assisting customers in the For Love and Lemon zone, and serves as the key resource and leader for the For Love and Lemon Product. -- Direct Reports: --Sales Specialists -- Key Responsibilities: To perform this job Brand Ambassador Manager must be able to perform all the responsibilities satisfactorily within their brand. -- Success Metrics: Total Sales of For Love and Lemon Product New Customer Acquisition versus Goal -- Culture and Customer: Drives culture of For Love of Lemons product through business generation and clienteling (phone calls, exclusive events, private shopping appointments) best practices Sets and meets goals of For Love of Lemons product inside the broader store location Models and coaches to direct reports client relationship building at the highest standards possible to deliver a world-class client experience. Personally, demonstrates and provides coaching to For Love and Lemons associates through elevated selling behavior model, observations, and building customer loyalty with our Angel Credit Card program. Displays understanding of associates roles and ensures these roles work for the good of the team and the customer Works with Bra Fitting Experts to ensure For Love and Lemon product education Able to supervise the For Love and Lemons zone and engage with customers concurrently to deliver best in class client experiences Spends time on sales floor in For Love and Lemon zone coaching associates, demonstrating selling behaviors, and providing feedback to CSL on the customer experience Talent: Executes the talent life cycle for direct reports. Talent Life Cycle actions include selection/interviewing, onboarding, coaching/performance management, succession, reward and recognition, and culture/engagement. Posts, Sources, Interviews, and Selects for all open direct report roles Schedules and leads performance management for direct reports (Annual, Mid-year, Monthly touchpoints) and oversees execution of performance management Sets direction for onboarding for all new hires in accordance with onboarding guidelines Facilitates For Love and Lemon associate onboarding and training modules Responsible for execution of associate observations and monthly performance reviews Owns attendance compliance of associates Executes required HR Access and My Talent transactions for direct reports -- Brand: Owns all brand initiatives and strategies (Sales Education, Launches, Events, Brand Promotions, and Product Testing) Approves Brand Guide planning, mapping and execution plan for the overall appearance and presentation of merchandising strategies of For Love of Lemons footprint. Takes initiative to understand the business and activates solutions on how the store can drives sales growth within the For Love and Lemons brand Develops short term sell through strategies with use of visual merchandising filters Operations: Inspects associate availability, scheduling practices, and zoning Covers additional shifts when assigned associates are unable to work scheduled shifts Collaborates with scheduling Assistant Store Manager (Brand Operations) or Manager to validate all scheduling needs of zone are being executed and approves final weekly schedule of For Love and Lemons zone Provides feedback and coaching to direct reports on product life cycle execution to drive merchandise availability Accountable for shrink results and activities by driving operational excellence Collaborates with total store Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless communications -- All leadership roles at Victoria's Secret are responsible for: Leading and demonstrating the company values within the store at all times Leading an exceptional customer experience and ensuring the team is delivering the best selling environment for the customer Gaining business insight by reviewing store results daily, weekly and monthly and linking behaviors to actions Upholding positive associate relations that lead to engagement of the team Maintaining visual merchandising standards Executing store opening/closing procedures and recovery Reinforcing store strategies and building personal capabilities to reduce shrink Effectively managing and controlling expenses -- Qualifications: Min of 3 years of expertise working in a retail environment with high customer touch Proven ability to build business clientele through in-store customer engagement, referrals and personalized one on one communication. Natural ability to sell; a great communicator a people person who builds relationships with ease An ambitious self-starter; a driven and proactive individual who is always thinking of new ways to tackle challenges and thrives on pressure. Has a strong desire to motivate, lead by example and collaborate well with others Motivated to continuously improve personal performance and sells with confidence Passion for building meaningful relationships and generate repeat sales Proficient business acumen with strong strategic and analytical skills Demonstrates ability to assess talent, coach, develop and manage performance
