Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead a
large engineering group responsible for delivering platform
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with engineering, product, and security leaders to develop
and execute product strategy
Lead and develop distributed Software Engineering teams to deliver
high-quality software
Collaborate across the organization to innovate and develop
customer-focused products
Required Qualifications
15+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science or equivalent
Extensive experience leading large distributed software engineering
teams
Significant experience in the platform domain; experience with
Kubernetes is a plus
Ability to manage, influence, and achieve alignment across
teams
