Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Platform Engineer who will help
evolve and scale their AWS-based platform.
Key Responsibilities
Design and set direction for platform engineering strategy and
technical roadmap
Guide and mentor the team while ensuring adherence to best
practices
Lead development of platform features and educate engineers on
cloud infrastructure best practices
Required Qualifications
5+ years as a software engineer, with 2+ years as a lead
developer
Experience developing self-service capabilities for engineering
teams
Advanced expertise in Terraform and AWS Cloud Architecture
Proficiency in CI/CD concepts and Ruby or Python
Proven leadership of projects involving multiple teams across
functional domains
