Nikkiso Cosmodyne would like to add an experienced mechanical engineer to its engineering team in Seal Beach, CA. The individual will be responsible for mechanical design and analysis of its process equipment, skids, and piping.Education and Experience

• As a minimum, the candidate must have a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering with 7+ years of related experience. -
• The individual should be very familiar with the content and application of ASME B31.3 code for process piping and ASME Section VIII, Division 1 for pressure vessels.
• The applicant must be proficient in the following design and analysis software:
  • Cosmos, Ansys, Algor or similar for Finite Element Analysis
  • Bentley AutoPipe or similar for ASME B31.3 piping analysis
  • APV or similar for ASME Pressure Vessel analysis
  • Autodesk 2D (AutoCAD) and Autodesk 3D (Inventor)
  • Experience with cryogenic systems will be considered as an advantage.Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 per yearEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled -
