-About this ProjectWe are looking for a business process engineer
consultant (organizational development expert) to observe our
operations and provide recommendations for improvement,
streamlining process or technology changes, inefficiencies,
definition of roles/workflow, and areas for more or fewer
resources, etc. The consultant will provide data and insights to
improve cross-functional visibility, collaboration, and efficiency;
providing qualifying reports and illustrations for recommendations.
