We offer an incredible, full-stack esport platform---game integrations, team building tools, leagues, tournaments, and schedules---and our software products tie everything together into a cohesive experience.--We are looking for a passionate Engineering Manager, Platform-- to join our team.-- You---ll lead a team of platform engineers and site reliability engineers who are building and maintaining complex infrastructure.-- Among other responsibilities, the Platform Team---s responsibilities include monitoring and enhancing performance observability, creating CI/CD pipeline, and building and maintaining a monitoring system. You will work collaboratively with the rest of the organization while building the best product experience.-----Here's What We're Looking For

• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver world-class software
• Develop people through coaching, mentoring and direct feedback
• Take responsibility for your team---s delivery
• Build and maintain tools to enable product teams
• Experience managing teams that builds and maintains CI/CD pipelines
• Oversight of the maintenance to ensure production ready backend systems and frameworks, while focusing on efficiency and optimization
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of our products
• Experience managing configuration of AWS
• Attract, onboard and retain top talent
• Help establish best quality practices across the organization
• Champion simple, intelligent, and elegant solutions to problems--Here's What You'll Get To Do
  • 3+ years experience managing as a people manager
  • 4+ years of software development experience
  • Thorough understanding of Site Reliability and Platform Engineering principles
  • Familiarity with Node.JS
  • Familiarity with Terraform--
  • Familiarity with Docker
  • Familiarity with GraphQL and Apollo
  • Experience with AWS (specifically ECS)
  • Experience building and delivering successful products.--
  • Passionate about PlayVS and the problem we are solving
  • Committed desire to understand our customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
