Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available in the Los
Angeles area for the 2026-2027 school year. This role supports
students across various schools within a major urban school
district, offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment focused
on childrens communication development. Assignment Details:
Location: Los Angeles, CA (campuses vary; some positions are
itinerant) Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week with 8-hour days
Duration: August 12, 2026, through June 4, 2027 Caseload:
Approximately 50-60 students spanning a range of ages Travel:
Position requires traveling between assigned schools within the
district Qualifications: Active California Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) license and SLP teaching credential required
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical
Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status accepted; no
SLPA candidates Experience working in school settings preferred,
ranging from new graduates to seasoned professionals Availability
to participate in bi-weekly district training cohorts, with start
dates aligned to cohort schedules Responsibilities: Provide
speech-language assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
to students on caseload Collaborate with educators, parents, and
support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education
Programs (IEPs) Maintain accurate documentation and comply with
district policies and state regulations Manage and utilize
assessment materials effectively; reimbursement for materials up to
approximately $2,500 will be provided This role offers meaningful
work supporting student communication goals within a collaborative
