Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Contract
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in an
elementary school setting in Los Angeles, CA, serving students from
transitional kindergarten through eighth grade. This role offers an
opportunity to support a diverse student population, managing a
caseload of approximately 50 students, with services delivered five
days a week for a total of 35 hours per week. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized
education plans (IEPs) for students Provide direct speech therapy
services to students with communication disorders across the TK-8
spectrum Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to
support student progress and inclusion Maintain accurate records
and documentation in compliance with school policies and state
regulations Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional
expertise to multidisciplinary teams Qualifications: Valid
Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence
(SLP-CCC) or Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
School-based speech pathology experience preferred Strong knowledge
of speech-language development and disorders in school-aged
children Ability to manage a caseload of up to 50 students
effectively Excellent communication and collaboration skills suited
for a school environment Position Details: Start Date: As soon as
possible End Date: June 3, 2026 (end of the school year) Potential
for continuation into the 2026-2027 school year, beginning August
17, 2026 Location: Los Angeles, CA This contract role offers the

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.53 to $72.53.
