Job Description:
Position Information The Customer Success Analyst role is a
customer-focused function, working to ensure a successful and
productive working relationship with campus partners. The position
will assist in understanding the needs of campus partners,
providing support, and facilitating communication between partners
and internal ITS teams. This role will report to the Director of
Campus Support. This position is classified as on-site. The full
salary range for the Customer Success Analyst is $31.85 - $56.66
per hour. However, the pay scale for this position is UP TO $35.92
per hour. UCR bases salary offers on a variety of considerations,
such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and
other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have
current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position.
Currently, UCR is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an
employment Visa for staff. As a university employee, you will be
required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or
collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to
time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose
additional requirements. Education Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent
experience/training. (Required) Certification Requirements Business
Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) Certification
(Preferred) Experience Requirements 2 - 4 years of related
experience. (Required) 1 Year Engagement Advocate or relationship
management experience (Preferred) Minimum Requirements Demonstrates
analytical and problem-solving skills. Is beginning to apply
organizational development and effectiveness concepts and skills.
Demonstrates ability to learn quickly, reason, synthesize and
generalize based on information obtained. Have effective verbal and
written communication skills. Has basic knowledge of the
organizational development and effectiveness field. Preferred
Qualifications Basic understanding of IT services and support.
Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Customer-centric mindset to understand customers' perspectives and
