Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Superintendent with
experience in commercial TI and ground-up retail/QSR construction .
The ideal Commercial Construction Superintendent candidate will
have a strong background in field supervision, scheduling, and
quality control, ensuring projects are delivered safely,
efficiently, and to the highest standards. Client Details We are a
well-established commercial general contractor specializing in
tenant improvements (TI) and ground-up construction for retail and
quick-serve restaurants (QSRs) . With a reputation for delivering
high-quality projects on time and within budget, we are looking for
an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our
team in Santa Clarita, CA. Description Oversee daily on-site
construction activities for commercial TI, retail, and QSR
projects. Ensure all work is completed on schedule, within budget,
and to quality standards. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and job
site personnel. Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates. Work
closely with project managers, owners, and inspectors to ensure
smooth project execution. Proactively identify and resolve job site
challenges. Profile 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in
commercial building and construction. Strong knowledge of
commercial TI, ground-up retail, and QSR projects . Ability to read
and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. Proven
leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency
in construction scheduling software and reporting tools. OSHA 30
certification preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable
transportation required. Job Offer Commercial Construction
