WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As the Director, Performance Marketing at Vegamour, you will lead
the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid media with a
focus on driving customer acquisition. This role requires a
data-driven leader who can optimize our marketing spend across
multiple channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Video/OTT,
Display, Podcast, and Affiliates. You will be responsible for
driving key business KPIs across the diversified media channels,
most notably CAC. You will own the forecast for performance
marketing and set channel goals accordingly. You will lead the
performance marketing team, ensuring all members are aligned on and
executing to the team's strategy and goals. This role reports
directly to the Senior Director, Growth.
This is a full-time position and can be remote or based in Los
Angeles, CA (hybrid, 2-3 days per week in-office).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive
performance marketing strategy to achieve key KPIs for customer
acquisition.
- Data Analysis: Understand and optimize the key drivers of CAC
through analytics and data-driven insights. You will be responsible
for consolidating insights and communicating the impact of
performance media on e-commerce business to executive and
cross-functional teams.
- Budget and Forecasting: Own and manage the performance
marketing budget effectively, forecasting channel performance and
pacing, setting and adapting goals as necessary. Build a strategic
roadmap for testing within and across channels to continuously
optimize performance in line with business goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of internal
marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and
innovation. Build and maintain strong relationships with agency and
vendor partners to ensure strategy and goals are clearly
aligned.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with CRM,
analytics, product, creative, and content teams to ensure cohesive
messaging and branding across all channels.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive
landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and
improvement.
- Testing and Optimization: Implement A/B testing and other
methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance.

priorities, and progress to the team and stakeholders.
- Customer Focus - Ensure that departmental activities are
aligned with customer needs and organizational goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of experience working in paid media buying, customer
acquisition/direct response marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful
performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition
across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Affiliates, and other paid
media.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term plans
and execute them effectively, but also able to lean in and be
executional when required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights
from data and make data-driven decisions.
- Deep knowledge of key players in the performance media
landscape and how to effectively utilize these partners across the
media portfolio.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend to
achieve business goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the
ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
and executive stakeholders.
- Experience managing and leading teams in a fast-paced and
dynamic environment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Target Base Salary Range $110K - $154K. Individual pay decisions
are based on a number of factors including qualifications for the
role, location, and experience.
