This role can be done from anywhere in the United States - any of our offices, or remotely from home.Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Director of Global Paid Media will lead the development and execution of our global paid media strategies, including social, to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, foster engagement, and boost retention across diverse global channels. You will oversee a team of skilled marketers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute, optimize, maximize ROI, and elevate the overall performance of our digital marketing initiatives.What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global paid media strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends.
  • Manage an advertising budget efficiently across multiple regions and platforms, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Brand Marketing, E-commerce, Product Marketing, and Analytics to ensure integrated campaign strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, leveraging data to refine targeting, creative, and bidding strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in paid media strategies.
  • Establish strong relationships with external agencies and media partners to maximize campaign effectiveness and negotiate favorable terms.What You'll NeedBasic Qualifications
    • 12+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media, preferably in consumer goods or technology industries.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful global paid media campaigns that drive measurable results.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
    • Excellent analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Experience with forecast, site-to-site and marketing mix modeling#LI-RemoteAt Sonos we consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, which may lead individual compensation to vary depending on job related qualifications, skills, and experience. All full time employees are eligible for merit increases, discretionary bonuses, and equity. Our job postings may span more than one career level and the base pay range may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions. The starting base pay for this role for all US candidates is between: $183,000 and $203,300Please note that compensation details listed in US job postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.We also offer a comprehensive benefits program with choice and flexibility in mind to help support the health, wealth, and overall well-being of our employees.
